Accreditation
APIL runs an accreditation scheme that assesses personal injury lawyers according to their expertise and experience. These accredited accreditation lawyers have at least five years experience dealing with personal injury claims, and are known as senior litigators, peers or senior peers, depending on the amount of experience they have. The scheme is overseen by an independent Academic Quality Board.
All APIL members are bound to comply with consumer codes and ethics.
