Tony gets a call from Patsy, who reports that Christopher has graduated from rehab. In a meeting with Agent Sanseverino, Adriana reveals that Chris no longer wants a child because he feels unfit to be a father. Elsewhere, unhealthy Tony and Carmela visit Dr. Cusamano, who diagnosed him has a monovirus. Cusamano asks about significant changes in his life that might cause illness.

Tony brings Carmela to a surprise trip to "Whitecaps," a house in Jersey Shore that he thinks of buying for the family. The Sopranos were told the house had been sold to another couple, but apparently they would not be approved for a home loan. Carmela encouraged Tony to buy Whitecaps as an investment. Tony and Chris visit the homeowner, Alan Sapinsly's lawyer, and offer cash in the shortest possible time permitted by law. Sapinly summoned the current buyers and negotiated a way out of their contract by promising a full refund of the deposit, threatening litigation if the buyer moved. With the Esplanade project closed, Johnny worries about the loss of income. Tony refused to move against Carmine, but this proved to be a negotiating tactic. When Johnny promised to release his claim to a scam HUD and give him a profitable split on all future projects, Tony agreed to move on.

On the way home, Tony asks Chris to contract the job and make it look like a random act. Chris gave advance payments to Credenzo Curtis and Stanley Johnson, several heroin dealers, and gave instructions for the planned plans against Carmine. Tony and Chris attended a meeting at a park in Queens, setting 15% for Carmine. Carmine asks Tony to remember his son, Little Carmine, when he "leaves." Later, Tony changed his mind and told Chris to cancel the attack and make sure that the hired weapon did not talk to anyone. On the orders of Chris, Benny and Petey execute the prospective assassins. An angry Johnny expressed a traitorous feeling about Carmine and his son, whom Tony did not think he should have heard. They parted after the hug, but stared at each other as Johnny left. Elsewhere, thanks to the jury's intimidation, Junior was released after the cancellation of the trial. Upon returning home, Bobby and Janice danced together, but annoyed Junior decided then by ordering Bobby to check the envelope of Murf's payment.

Irina takes Carmela's call and brags Tony's obscene relationship with her and Svetlana. When Tony returns home, he sees Carmela throwing his things from the upstairs window. Carmela told Tony that he had embarrassed her for years with her affair and demanded that she leave the house. After trading allegations with his wife, Tony confronts Svetlana and spends the night at Whitecaps. In the morning, Sapinsly advises Tony to meet all of the best divorce lawyers so no one can accept Carmela as a client. Back at Soprano's household, Meadow argued with his mother about the breakup, asking her how she could "eat shit" from Tony for years. Tony dines at Nuovo Vesuvio and Artie offer entertainment. Paulie strongly supported Tony's position in the debate with Carmela, telling him that he should have thrown him out of his "home."

Tony goes home and becomes rough when Carmela demands him leave. He threatened to call a lawyer and get a restraining order. Tony scolded him and handed him the phone he had put out with his hand. Carmela tells him that she does not want him to sleep in his bed anymore and that she no longer loves him. Carmela ran upstairs crying. Later, A.J. help Tony clean the pool house so he can stay there. Tony told his son that he would take a bigger hand in his life now because he was right outside. Tony had a hard night's sleep.

Tony was lying in the pool and Carmela asked him to move the chairs he put in the yard. Tony thinks he's looking for a reason to whine him and they're involved in another argument. Carmela tells Tony that this probably will not happen if he has a more loving attitude at home. Tony brings Carmela to tell him that he's going to hell when he's first checked for MRI because of his collapse (in the pilot). She follows him into the home theater room and apologizes, telling him that he is a man and sweet to her. Tony asks what he expects from their marriage, because he knows everything about him when they meet, including the fact that he and his family are gangsters, and that gangsters make "women on the side." He also accused him of materialism. Carmela calls Tony full of hatred and reveals that he has a feeling for Furio, telling Tony that his most happy moments for months are the morning with Furio. Tony again becomes rough and attacks Carmela and almost punches him, but he stops and punches a hole in the wall beside his head, destroying it. He turned as Tony continued to punch. She tells him that she's looking for a woman of a different quality than her in her affairs. She reminds him that he barely knows most of the women he slept with and walked out, calling him "damn hypocrite." Then, Tony called Dr. Melfi but hangs up when she answers. He tried to call him back using * 69 but the recording said that the number was blocked to the service.

A.J. went to his father to ask if he could move with him because of A.J. does not match his mother. Tony refused and told A.J. to support his mother. Tony told the family that he had decided to move completely. A.J. gets angry and asks if that's because he's asked to live with Tony. Meadow also took the news out loud, and suggested Tony and Carmela to try counseling again. When Meadow goes upstairs, a moment's instant from the previous year when he opposes his parents running in his mind and he starts to cry. Tony packs to go and Carmela tells him to be careful. A.J. see from the door with his mother when his father goes away for good.
