Rebecca Ann King (born April 14, 1950 in Hancock, Iowa) is best known as the holder of the 1974 Miss America title. Underlining the arrival of feminism in this most traditional event, Rebecca King is a law student, renowned for expressing his views feminist politics at breakfast after breakfast of Miss America Pageant after her coronation.
King received a law degree from the University of Denver School of Law and became a domestic relations attorney specializing in divorce. She presses the Miss America Pageant to provide points for the competition interview section, and has spoken in support of women's empowerment in schools and organizations. He was married to banker George Dreman and has since adopted the name Rebecca King Dreman.
Her daughter, Diana Dreman, won the Miss Colorado 2011 contest and competed in Miss America 2012, making her the first Miss America daughter ever to compete for Miss America.
