V. Lowry Snow (born August 21, 1950) is an American politician and member of the Republic of the Utah Representative Council who represents District 74 since his appointment on January 11, 2012 to fill the void caused by David Clark's resignation. She lives in St. George.

Snow received his BS from Brigham Young University and his JD from Gonzaga University School of Law.

V. Lowry Snow is a lawyer. She is one of the founding partners of Snow Jensen & amp; Reece in St. Petersburg George, where he has established himself as a real estate lawyer, civil litigation, business and land-use planning. He has represented numerous clients in the private and public sectors, including several cities. For eight years, he served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Washington Economic Development Council.
Political career
Snow serves as a member of the Board of Governors Economic Development (GOED). He was appointed to the Legislature on 1 January 2011, and was last elected on 4 November 2014. During the 2016 General Assembly he served as deputy chairman of the House Education Committee, and also served on the House of Justice Committee, Executive Office and Subcommittee on Criminal Justice and Home Education Committee. He is also at the Federalism Commission and the Utah Commission on Uniform State Law.

- 2012 Snow is unaffected for June 26, 2012, the Prime Republican Party and wins the November 6, 2012 election with 12,435 votes (76.7%) against Democratic candidate Lee Ann Riddoch.
- 2014 Snow is unaffected for the June Republican convention and wins the November 4, 2014 election with 7,229 votes (75.7%) against Democratic candidate Dorothy Engelman.
